“Our mission is to make your GDPR compliance and data security a simple and efficient activity within your business”

Our Story

Since its UK introduction, the legal requirement of GDPR compliance has presented a challenging task for small and medium sized businesses. Many in the business community had no experience of dealing with data breaches, subject access requests or other data processing queries. Understanding and dealing with these issues frequently led to costly legal fees or specialist advice.

This is where the Data Support Hub (formerly iCaaS) was born.
Developed by our UK-based team, our Data Compliance Pro platform has been designed specifically to help UK businesses achieve and maintain compliance by providing a turnkey solution for all aspects of GDPR. We work with a variety of businesses from large corporates, growing franchises to small and local firms, enabling them to achieve and maintain GDPR compliance – without the headaches!

Information Commissioners Office

The Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) is the UK’s data protection watchdog and enforces the rules of the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, making sure businesses within the UK are compliant with its strict data protection rules. Data Support Hub adheres the guidelines as set out by the ICO.

The ICO investigate companies that process personal data unlawfully, have complaints against them or have suffered data breaches, imposing fines where appropriate while assessing data protection practices.

The ICO upholds information rights in the public interest, promoting openness by public bodies and data privacy for individuals. It is an executive non-departmental public body, sponsored by the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport.
